4. After sales service/Troubleshooting

The files I downloaded are damaged/I cannot open the files

It may be because the file is very large and your system does not allow you to download it.

We encourage you to use Adobe reader (free download). With other software (such as Foxit reader) you may have problems to open the file, for example the software will request a password to open the file.

If the file is corrupted please try to download it again, if you still cannot open the file then contact us.
