Gives definitions. Specifies marking, core identification and general requirements for the construction of cables. Appendix describes code designation of cables. This consolidated version consists of the second edition (1993), its amendment 1 (1995) and its amendment 2 (1997). Therefore, no need to order amendments in addition to this publication.
