4. After sales service / Troubleshooting

I am not sure if my order has gone through

After having placed an order, you will receive first an order confirmation by e-mail , then an e-mail confirmation for download for electronic copies, and finally an invoice receipt one working day after the order date.

If you do not receive any of them, please contact us.
