4. After sales service/Troubleshooting

When will I get a receipt/invoice for my purchase?

Invoice receipts are sent out by e-mail one working day after the order date to the e-mail address provided in your order.

Did you delete the receipt by mistake? Or did your colleague lose it? Contact us to get a new copy of the receipt.
