I have two publications with the same number but one is IEC and the other BS EN. What is the difference?

Other entities and/or organizations can adopt IEC standards to which they have the possibility of adding changes. However, we are not necessarily informed of those changes/modifications. Please therefore contact the organisation that has published the standard in question.
